Securitization
We have all the processes and forms in place, along with a team of dedicated resources to ensure the transaction is a smooth one. We will pool loans for securitization, set up the new investor, and execute the required legal documents. All you need to do is notify us, provide the loan listing, tell us the closing date, and forward the relevant deal documents.
